Rushmore CrossFit Drop-In Guide

We are happy you are here, and would love to host you for a workout!

RCF will typically see 50+ drop-ins a month during tourist season as well as an increase during the winter holidays. If you love your drop-in experience please leave us a review on Google, buy a shirt or some other swag, tag us on social media, or tell your friends. Below is some information to make your drop-in experience at RCF one of a kind.

Payment, Waivers & Class Reservations

All drop-ins must complete payment and waivers online PRIOR to arriving. This is greatly appreciated and helps make for an efficient experience and allows our coaches to focus on coaching. We offer a discount for both our daily and weekly pass online, walk-ins are charged full price. Drop-in pass must be used within 10 days. NO REFUNDS. We also require class reservations, as we do have a limit on class sizes. Once the drop-in form is completed, you’ll be redirected to book your class.

Location

Our address is 1555 Catron Blvd, Rapid City, SD 57701. We are located on the Southend of Rapid City near the intersection of HWY 16 & Catron Blvd.

Arrive Early!

If it’s your first time dropping in to RCF, please arrive 10 minutes early to get acclimated. We have an area if you’d like to stretch and mobilize prior to the workout, but we do include a coach-led, movement specific warm-up in each class.

T-Shirt Exchange

We do not waive the drop-in fee for apparel purchases, and we do not accept shirts in exchange for the drop-in fee. We do keep apparel and other swag on-hand year round for purchase.

Workout of the Day

We begin each class with a coach-led group warm-up, and the class flows from there depending on what the workout is for the day. We do not publicly post our workouts, but we would be more than happy to send them to you upon request. Please email info@rushmorecrossfit.com with the day(s) you’d like to view. Additionally, we are a smaller spaced gym and our classes are very busy, because of this we do not allow separate programming, workouts, or weightlifting to be done during class time. We do offer Open Gym access during our non-class times, please see our Open Gym Guide for details and purchasing.

Schedule

Children

Children are welcome, but we do not have supervised childcare. Children must stay seated in our lobby area and not enter the gym floor or play on equipment at any time. Safety first!

Wifi

We do have free wifi, please ask the coach for the password if needed.

Showers & Bathrooms

We have 1 unisex shower room, filled with towels and other shower toiletries if needed. We also have 2 unisex bathrooms. Any of the rooms are available to change into workout gear if needed.

Drinking Water

We have a filtered water system for you to fill up your water bottle. It gets hot in the summer so please stay hydrated!
