Your fitness journey with Rushmore CrossFit begins with a complimentary Day One session. In this session, you will:

Get to Know Us

You’ll meet our staff, tour our facility and connect with your Day One coach—your personal guide through your first day of CrossFit.

Set Goals

Do you want to lose weight? Build muscle? Improve your mobility? Or simply build confidence? This is the time to talk about your long-term goals and to learn how we can help you achieve them.

Sweat!

With your Day One coach right by your side, you’ll participate in your first CrossFit class. You’ll work hard, high-five a new friend and leave a little fitter than before. Then, if you decide you’d like to join our community of people making themselves better, you’ll schedule private coaching sessions to learn the ropes before you begin attending classes.
