1.) When and how did you get started with RCF?
I started RCF in Feb of 2017. I needed a change in my workout routine and was always intimidated by crossfit but figured might as well try it! 😉
Occupation: I own my own business doing hair! Posh salon and spa
Favorite WOD: any WOD not involving running haha
Favorite Food: cheese and wine!
Goals (personal, professional, and crossfit)
Personal: continue to be healthy person, mentally and physically.
Professional: well,as we all know I’m pretty competitive, so I would love to continue my education and possibly be a color educator for a high end color line! (Paul Mitchell, Aveda)
Crossfit: snatch my body weight!
What time do you usually attend class and what’s the best part of working with that group?
NOON BABY! I seriously love the noon class, so competitive yet encouraging. It really does feel like a family!
BARBELL! My barbell crew is the bomb, lift heavy and dance like no one is watching… Until colter catches you dancing haha!
What’s your most frequently used emoji tab? Uhhh I believe the wink kissy face
What’s the first CD you ever bought? Backstreet boys
What’s the last thing you searched for on Google? Summer dresses… Aka online shopping
You’re a new addition to crayon box. What color would you be and why? I would want to be one of those scented crayons. Ember orange, reminds me of camping and I LOVE the smell of campfires!
What is something we don’t know about you?
I went to college on a track and volleyball scholarship. So, yes at one point I was a good runner 😉
Advice to new members or someone looking to start crossfit:
Walking through the door is the hardest part. Don’t be afraid to push yourself harder then ever before, because the person next to you is doing the same thing. We are a family here, so welcome to the family!
