What time do you usually attend and what’s the best part about working out with that group? During the school year, I’m a 4:30 regular. This summer I’ve been going to the 6:00 a.m. class. The 6:00 a.m. is usually a smaller group than the 4:30, but both groups are fun to work out with.

What’s the first CD you ever bought? I think it was The Counting Crows.
What’s the last thing you searched for on Google? The last thing I searched on Google probably had something to do with shopping.
You’re a new addition to the crayon box. What color would you be and why? I would be ocean blue because I like to just go with the flow.
What is something we don’t know about you? I’m a classic introvert. Give me a good book or movie and a few close friends and I am set.
Advice to new members or someone looking to start CrossFit: Crossfit can seem intimidating, but it really is for everyone. Show-up and don’t cherry pick your workouts. Every time you attend a class, you are improving in some way.
