Advice to new members or someone looking to start CrossFit:Crossfit is an outstanding community environment. The heart of what crossfit is attracts good people by its very nature. Don’t ever be intimidated or think others will judge you on movements that you struggle with. You will only find encouragement from others in your own success and improvement. If you struggle to motivate yourself to include cardio in your workouts, crossfit is a great medium for that cardio. Having others around you struggle to complete the same workout and sometimes make it a friendly competition makes it a fun environment to work on personal health goals! I know that I will forever be a part of crossfit now that I have been introduced.
