Advice to new members or someone looking to start CrossFit:

You will LOVE it!  You don’t have to know how to lift weights or be at a certain fitness level before you start.  When I started I couldn’t tell you the difference between a barbell and a dumbbell, but all the coaches are absolutely amazing and willing to patiently explain things to beginners without making you feel silly.  I am so thankful for what I have learned from every coach and it’s really fun to always have new crossfit goals to strive for!  The people who I get to work out with are amazing and create an atmosphere that is really encouraging and motivating no matter how hard the workout is!
