When and how did you get started with RCF?
-I started on ramp the first week in October of 2015. I just walked in one day and started asking questions.
Occupation: Automotive Tire, Lube, Express Department Manager at your friendly neighborhood Wal-Mart.
Favorite WOD: Anything that doesn’t involve the bike. Lol

What time do you usually attend and what’s the best part about working out with that group? 6:30 class. The best part about the late class is that it’s usually pretty small and we can get a little more coaching advice than bigger classes.

I’d probably be transparent, because it doesn’t even matter what color I am, it’s what’s on the inside that counts!!! 😀

I played Softball for 6 years and was a band geek.
Advice to new members or someone looking to start crossfit:
Come every day no matter what because you’re stronger than you think. Everyone has to start somewhere.
