When and how did you get started with RCF

Last year, my hockey Coach (also my dad) wanted the team to start doing some off-ice training. After all the good things we had heard about CrossFit He decided to organize some team workouts with Chris Jackson. After the FIRST workout I thought to myself, that really sucked but I can’t believe I just did that. I started to crave That feeling of awesomeness and strength when I complete something physically difficult and that feeling of accomplishment. So, I kept coming back and I got addicted to it. My hour at CrossFit is always the best part of every day.
