When and how did you get started with RCF

Last year, my hockey Coach (also my dad) wanted the team to start doing some off-ice training. After all the good things we had heard about CrossFit He decided to organize some team workouts with Chris Jackson. After the FIRST workout I thought to myself, that really sucked but I can’t believe I just did that. I started to crave That feeling of awesomeness and strength when I complete something physically difficult and that feeling of accomplishment. So, I kept coming back and I got addicted to it. My hour at CrossFit is always the best part of every day.

I usually attend at 4:30, and the best part is there is always a lot of people that come. Even though it can be tight on space, its good to see lots of people just like me coming to improve and have fun.

You’re a new addition to the crayon box. What color would you be and why?

Red because red is intense and bright. I also just like the color red.

I love learning about space and if I was chosen to go on a one-way trip to mars I would totally do it.
