Favorite Movie: One of my old favorites is Liar Liar, I also love The Lion King. My newest favorite is Bad Moms, (Pretty sure they made that movie about me) haha!

Favorite Food: pizza


Personal: Take more time for myself, my kids tend to take up most of my free time but I do feel it’s important to make the time for self care!

Professional: Keep making people feel beautiful! I have a great job and some pretty amazing clients that I love taking care of!

CrossFit: I would love to get a muscle up some day, and building my confidence with some of the weightlifting movements

What time do you usually attend and what’s the best part about working out with that group? I prefer 830 or 12 but my schedule is a little crazy so sometimes I will end up at 330, 430, or 530!

What’s the first CD you ever bought? Alanis Morrissette I think?!

What’s the last thing you searched for on Google? Lighting on Wayfair, we are building a house right now so it’s consuming my life!

You’re a new addition to the crayon box. What color would you be and why? Probably some really awesome blue, mostly because it’s my favorite color and it reminds me of summer, sunshine, and the lake!

What is something we don’t know about you? There’s lots of things and I like to keep it that way….ha!! I used to be a cheerleader for the Rapid City Red Dogs arena football team

Advice to new members or someone looking to start CrossFit: Just keep showing up, and give it a chance for at least 3 months and then you’ll be hooked!
