When and how did you get started with RCF?
November 2016, thanks to Allison Wiley. I was going to another gym and wasn’t getting the results I wanted anymore. I felt stuck.

Goals (personal, professional, and CrossFit):
Personal: to consistently be the encouraging influence in someone’s day
Professional: to obtain my Master’s degree in nursing
CrossFit: to stay healthy and master kipping pull-ups
What time do you usually attend and what’s the best part about working out with that group?
5am always!! They are all such awesome motivators and of course, Allison and I’s “white girl dance for time”
