When and how did you get started with RCF?
My friend Jenny convinced me to try RCF after I had moved to rapid. I started in April of 2017
If I have to pick a favorite, probably Annie

To learn to take time for myself
Get my masters in early childhood education, and open up a preschool/developmental center
To finally get a handstand, or improve at anything involving upper body
What time do you usually attend and what’s the best part about working out with that group?
I usually go to 5:30, and now barbell class too. All the 5:30 and barbell crew are hilarious and encouraging in the workouts, it’s great!

I’d be Kelly Green because it’s my favorite color, and it’s also the color of the Celtics

I actually have two degrees, exercise science and education.
Advice to new members or someone looking to start CrossFit
Just to get out there and try it, it’s tough… But we’ve got a great group of coaches and athletes that are always there to encourage and help you.
