December 2015 Athlete of the Month is Michelle Ell! Michelle started in June during one of our first On Ramp classes and the improvements she has made since that day have been awesome! Michelle is always positive about the workouts no matter how hard they may look, and she has quite the humorous personality. Her favorite movement is a burpee, just kidding! Michelle is usually here in the evening, at 5:30PM, maybe once in awhile at 5:30am if she misses a workout, she likes to keep her routine!
