Beef & Veggie Fajitas

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean beef strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and bell peppers; sauté until tender.
  3. Add beef strips, cooking until browned.
  4. Season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Serve with whole wheat tortillas.
