Chicken and Veggies Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

Instructions:

  1. Spread 1/4 cup of hummus on each tortilla.
  2. Layer with spinach, bell peppers, shredded carrots, and sliced chicken.
  3. Roll up the tortillas and cut in half if desired.
  4. Serve immediately or wrap in foil/plastic wrap for later.
