Spaghetti Squash with Marinara and Lean Ground Beef

Ingredients:

  • 1 large spaghetti squash
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a large skillet until browned.
  6. Add marinara sauce to the skillet and simmer.
  7. Scrape spaghetti squash strands with a fork and serve topped with marinara and ground beef.
